Answer Key and Other...

I hadn’t made up a test in years and yesterday’s fun one brought back memories! Anyway, the answer key is another teacher shortcut (and, honestly, I NEVER did this!) All the correct answers were b. That doesn’t mean they were the smartest solutions, but that’s what I did!
I put the wreath away in the right bin, although I longed to do a year-long decorated one. I went back and read the book sections that I enjoyed, and I napped before I cooked. I wrote one note and sent an email to let friends know I was alive but avoiding the phone, and I’ve begun setting aside a little bit of my $$ to get the arty machine.  I’m getting away with adding a sweater, and I’ll plan to get my way with the MRI issue. I’ll forget about my friend’s fibs – she really is a good person, and this is just a blip. I explained to my husband that I want to try a few decorating tips, and he agreed to help! Finally, I just left the errors – I was too tired to correct them all. Actually, that’s a step in a positive direction for me!

Again, thanks for playing along!!

Did you watch the inauguration events? I was in and out while it was on TV, but I do enjoy that pomp and ceremony. I liked Mr. Obama’s speech and I thought the pageantry was beautiful. What annoys me, though, are the singers (stylists) who have to change the melodies of patriotic songs. Don’t jump all over me – I really like Béyoncé. She’s gorgeous and has an exceptionally beautiful voice. But the National Anthem has a set melody, whether you like it or not. She, and so many others, just make up their own tunes when they sing it. That song brings tears to my eyes when it’s played or sung correctly, but I cringe when these singers just add whatever they like to the song.  Oh, and I loved the daywear of Mrs. O and the kids, but I wasn’t crazy about the gown at the ball. Sorry, that’s my rant for now!

I’m leaving shortly to visit that nun I mentioned last week. I hope our visit brings her some joy because she just sounds so depressed.

I hope those of you who are being hit with this ‘Arctic Blast’ (as I am), will stay warm. We even had a little snow last night!

Peace,
Muff

Well, I'm either lazy or just plain canny because I almost said choose all answers of one letter. Except I was going to pick a! Or maybe it was d. Don't remember.

HI MUFF - I agree about Michelle's gown - not a fan of red. We r in the arctic blast here too, no trips to frolic at the beach for a while!
Love Gail

Ok I did not play but I did get most of them. Then I though no you would not set them all up to have the same answer! So, I sort of doubted myself and did not play.

Judy, you crack me up! Go with your gut!

Karen, don't even mention numbers like that -- I freeze just thinking about it!!

Gail, frolic? Beach or not, I haven't frolicked in a looong time. I used to love looking at the beach in winter -- but I never walked or [lol] frolicked in winter. As majestic as it looks, it too darn cold!

Jan, yeah, the lazy teachers do just that -- all the same answer. Honest -- I never did!

Peace,
Muff
